Coach Fields has coached football for over 13 years, from youth to high school, as a head coach, offensive and defensive coordinator, special teams, and position coach. Fields coached an undefeated Oregon 4A state champion in 2019, and a quarter-finalist in 2021. In addition to football, Fields coaches softball, basketball, and baseball.
